Shell & Coral Scarf

The inspiration behind this design came from a news report about Japan’s plan to release nuclear wastewater into the ocean, sparking a deep sense of sorrow and anger.

Seashells and corals were used as the main visual elements, representing the silent and fragile marine life. Rather than dark or intense tones, the design features soft pinks, calm blues, and subtle ivory — colors that reflect peace, purity, and a kind of heartbreaking beauty.

Even now, the pollution continues. It’s hard to imagine a future where these beautiful corals are completely gone, or what might happen to the creatures living in the sea.This design aims to raise awareness and draw attention to the ongoing issue of ocean pollution.
